This policy explains how Saqsi collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. WeGrow processes data in line with the GDPR and applicable French law.

• Display name or nickname
• Email address
• Optional profile photo
• Account and in-app preferences
• Content or messages sent through social features (challenges between friends, messaging)

2.2 Game and progress data

• Scores, games played, themes selected
• Progress, level, experience points (XP)
• Leaderboards and stats linked to your account
• Data related to challenges sent or received between users

2.3 Technical data (automatic)

• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• Connection and usage data
• Security and diagnostic logs

3. Purposes of processing

• Provide and improve quiz services, including question generation and multiplayer features
• Manage user accounts and leaderboards
• Enable challenges between friends and related messaging
• Keep the app secure and prevent abuse or fraud
• Respond to support requests
• Meet legal obligations
• Measure usage and improve the user experience where applicable

4. Legal basis

• Performance of the contract (terms of use)
• Consent where required (for example optional communications or features)
• Legitimate interests of WeGrow (security, service improvement, abuse prevention)

5. Sharing of data

WeGrow never sells your personal data.

Data may be shared only with:

• Technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, operation and maintenance
• Competent authorities when required by law

All providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active
• After account deletion: deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days unless a longer retention is required by law

WeGrow implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.

The marketing website or related services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure usage, improve experience or ensure security. You can manage these through your browser where possible.

10. Minors

Saqsi is not intended for children under 13. If you are a parent and believe a child has shared data with us, contact us at the address above.

WeGrow may update this policy. Material changes may be notified through the app or by email.
