These terms govern access to and use of the Saqsi application. By using the app, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Purpose

These terms define how you may access and use the mobile application Saqsi, a quiz game developed and operated by WeGrow.

3. Definitions

App: the Saqsi mobile application and all its features (quizzes, themes, leaderboards, challenges between users, messaging where applicable).
User: any natural person using the App.
Services: all services offered by Saqsi, including quiz games, progression, leaderboards and social interactions between users.

4. Description of services

Saqsi is a quiz and general knowledge game that lets you:

Play questions across different themes
Track your progress, level and ranking
Send or accept challenges between friends
Use messaging or social features offered in the App

Saqsi is an entertainment product. Information presented in questions is indicative; WeGrow does not guarantee that it is exhaustive or free of occasional errors.

5. Access and account creation

Some features may require a user account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

6. User obligations

You agree to:

Use the App lawfully and in good faith
Respect other users in challenges and communications
Not post unlawful, offensive, misleading or third-party rights-infringing content
Not disrupt the App (cheating, abusive automation, unauthorised reverse engineering, etc.)

Abusive behaviour may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

7. Liability

WeGrow is not liable for:

Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
Indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use the App
Content exchanged between users, subject to applicable legal moderation duties

You use the App at your own risk.

8. Availability

WeGrow strives to keep the App available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance or updates.

9. Intellectual property

The Saqsi App, its structure, design, content, trademarks and logos are the exclusive property of WeGrow or its partners unless stated otherwise. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Personal data

How we collect and process personal data is described in the Saqsi Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

WeGrow may change these terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email.

12. Termination

WeGrow may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these terms, without compensation.

You may delete your account using in-app options or by contacting support.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over WeGrow's registered office in AUBY (59950), France.
